About Us
Grown in the Shadow of Guatemala's Volcanoes
Our coffee is grown high in Guatemala's volcanic highlands, where mineral-rich soil and cool mountain air give every bean its character. Acatenango and the neighboring volcanoes rise over our fields, and that landscape shapes everything we grow.
A Family Tradition, Grown by Hand
For generations, our family has worked these hillsides, growing coffee alongside banana trees that shade the plants and enrich the soil naturally. Every cherry is still picked by hand by the people who know this land best.
From Cherry to Cup
After harvest, the ripe cherries are laid out across our drying patios and turned by hand under the sun until they reach just the right moisture. It's slow, careful work, the same process our family has relied on for decades to bring out the flavor in every bag.
